CEO Inclusion Council - Acts as the governing body for I&D initiatives at nVent, approving I&D strategy and setting enterprise-wide goals
Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Council – Advisory council members are chosen by the CEO Inclusion Council and act as champions and advocates for I&D initiatives to accomplish our goals
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) – ERGs are created by employees to provide support systems, foster awareness of our diversity, and promote inclusion and respect. Groups offer special events, networking, professional development and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. nVent has four established ERGs open to all employees, and more groups are developing.
